Working as a team member of our skilled and friendly teaching staff.

We are presently looking to expand our provision for delivery of our short 1 & 2 day training courses throughout the UK.

We offer a non-exclusive contract, meaning that you can still work with other companies as well as our own.

 

We are looking for experienced people who would like to teach using our course manuals. Our courses are accredited by The Guild of Holistic & Beauty Therapists.

 

Our company does all of the advertising and marketing. We also fully manage student registrations, payments and preparation of each student before they attend their course with you.

 

Students will attend their course well prepared and will already have completed an online theory test based on the content of our course manuals.

 

You must own or rent your own space from which to deliver our massage courses as we do not hire venues or make payments to teachers to cover venue hire costs.

 

We will ask you to provide us with specific course dates for you to deliver on our behalf. Additionally we will liaise with you to arrange bespoke training for those students unable to attend course dates advertised.

 

There are no costs to you at all. No registration fees, no contributions toward our marketing or advertising costs. Instead the student pays us directly and we manage the booking from start to finish. You get paid directly into your bank account at the end of each month.

 

Once you have registered online (using the form below) and uploaded all of the required documents to the secure teachers’ area of our website we will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time for your Skype interview.

 

You will need to be qualified in Body Massage to a high standard and experienced in teaching at least 2 of the following therapy disciplines:

 

Swedish/Holistic Body Massage (essential)
Sports Massage

Thai full body massage

Thai hand & foot massage

Aromatherapy massage

Hot stones massage

Indian head massage

Reflexology

Acupressure

Ear candling
Reiki (to Reiki Master Level)

Application Criteria
(Please read carefully)

Before applying to work for us we ask that you ensure that you can meet the following essential criteria. If you do not have all the skills that we require then please call us for advice instead of completing the registration form.

 

Essential Criteria
  • A teaching qualification. Award in Education or PTLLS is the minimum qualification accepted.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in holistic therapy.
  • A qualification and teaching experience in Body Massage.

  • You must own or rent (not hire) your own salon or space from which to deliver courses.

  • Prompt and fantastic communication skills.
  • Confident computer skills.

Additional Considerations

The following are not essential but can be advantageous.

  • VTCT assessor status.
  • VTCT Internal verifier status.
Application procedure

Step 1: Make your application.

Step 2: Upload your CV, scanned copies (JPEG format) of your therapy & teaching qualifications, 3 references (1 character reference & 2 for teaching) a copy of your insurance document and a recent photo of yourself.

Step 3: Familiarise yourself with our website, course provision and YouTube videos.

Step 4: Make an application for a Swedish course at our website and familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions.

Step 5: An interview via Skype.

 

If you meet with all application criteria and pass your Skype interview the next steps are:

 

Step 6: Review our Teachers’ contract, Teachers handbook and teaching notes then sign the contract electronically via our website.

Step 7: Liaise with us to set up your approved venue for teaching and provide us with dates for up to 12 months in advance.

Step 8: Begin working with us as an approved teacher.
