This beginner's course in Acupressure is ideal if you are already practicing body massage, or other bodywork therapies, and wish to extend your skills to encompass a better understanding of trigger points throughout the body and how Acupressure treatments can help alleviate common ailments or injury. You will learn all of the meridians in the body and how to locate the trigger points that rest along them together with the various Acupressure point techniques required to deliver an effective treatment for your client.
You will learn how to deliver a full range of techniques and sequences that you can then deliver as a standalone therapy, or else incorporate into other body work that you currently practice.
Please note: We highly recommend that you study and obtain a qualification in body massage in order to undertake this course.
This course is available only in home learning format and payable in one instalment.
