Pedicures are a fantastic way to get new clients into the salon. It is a treatment that is often given as a treat, or is booked to make tired toes look respectable. Once a client has been made to look and feel better, they are much more inclined to repeat the process, and you will hopefully have gained a customer for life.
This GTi Pedicure Course meets the Habia National Occupational Standards and covers the benefits of treatment, anatomy and physiology, disorders and diseases of the hands, contra-actions and contra-indications, reception, consultation, ventilation, technique, and aftercare.

The theory test: Training materials are downloaded and theory module assessments completed online at the GTi website. You must pass all assessments before being able to participate with the course practical..
1 day practical: Starting at 10am and finishing at 5pm you will be taught all of the skills you will need to deliver a professional pedicure treatment. There is no practical test. Instead we assess your understanding and ability of each treatment technique as it is taught.
Our GTi Courses are arranged as either solo or bespoke training which means that you will need to provide a model.
This is the background and theory that you study from home and then complete an online test paper before attending your practical training. It is easily completed with between 8-12 hours of study time. For some people it may take a little longer.

Therapy Training School is an approved training provider. This particular course is written and accredited by the BeautyGuild. Insurance can be obtained directly from the BeautyGuild. You will be able to practice as a self-employed beauty therapist or mobile therapist. Always check with your potential employer (or local council) to ensure that this Award will be accepted by them.
